Water Retention - Edema - Causes, Symptoms and Natural Treatment

Edema, or swelling, is the appearance of the retention of a large amount of fluid in the body. 


It usually occurs in two forms: as a generalized form, which involves fluid retention and swelling throughout the body, and another, localized, which occurs in the form of edema, most commonly on the hands and feet.
