Basic Characteristics and Origin of Coriander

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is an herbaceous plant, which has a dual purpose - it is used as a spice in cuisines of Asia and South America, but also in the natural treatment.

Among other nutrients, coriander contains calcium, potassium, phosphorus and iron in particular. 

Since the vitamins, most represented is vitamin C, then vitamin A.

Mask for acne treatment

- Fresh-pressed juice from coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder

The Use of Coriander in the Kitchen
