How to properly exercise Yoga breathing?

When using yoga, it isn’t only important to correctly do asanas, it is also important to correctly breathing while working yoga. 

With the application of Sukha pranayama, favorable yoga breathing exercise, you’ll strengthen the lungs, heart, brings that oxygen enters to all cells, accelerate blood circulation, strengthen the nerves and reserve healthy energy in the body.

As with everyday breathing and Sukha pranayama breathing is done with a sigh and exhale. How to properly performed yoga breathing?

Nostrils partially closed to prolong inhalation and exhalation. Close the right nostril with your right thumb and exhale slowly through the left nostril; then inhale through the left nostril, close it with small and ring finger, while at the same time, you open the right nostril and silently, slowly and exhale through it. In the same way, again inhale through the right nostril, etc. One cycle consists of two breaths. Repeat this process for 5 minutes.
