Paste of turmeric can be prepared in large quantities and for a longer period. In the frozen state keeps its properties for 40 days. The paste of turmeric needs refrigerate.

In the finished pasta add the hot milk per 1 spoon, along with honey and vegetable oil (optional).

"Golden Milk" is recommended to drink on an empty stomach, preferable in the morning and before bedtime.
