Herbs That Speed Up Circulation

If you're one of those people who constantly feel cold in the legs, do not always have to reach for medication for circulation

There are natural ways to speed up the circulation in the legs with herbal preparations.



• Basil


For this purpose prepare tea from basil, by taking 2 tablespoons dried basil and 1 liter of boiling water and leave to soak for 1 hour. Then strain the tea and drink to taste.


• Ginger

It’s necessary:

- 1 oz calendula flowers
- 3.5 oz St. John's wort
- 3.5 oz nettle
- 1qt (1 liter) of vodka or fruit brandy

Chop all ingredients and put in a glass bottle. Pour the alcohol and leave to stand closed for 21 days. Daily shake content and after 3 weeks from start, strain content. 


Drink syrup twice a day, in the morning and evening at a dose of 1 tbsp. Improvement will be seen after 2 weeks.

2. Cayenne pepper

4. Wheat germ

Germs can interfere with flakes or muesli for breakfast. They are rich in vitamin E, which strengthens blood vessels.

5. Movement
