1. Mixture for good morning and easy stomach


Before breakfast, on an empty stomach, make and eat the following mixture:

- Cup of kefir
- Tablespoon grounded flax
- Teaspoon chia
- 3 tablespoons of oat flakes (can also be blended)

Dry ingredients pour with kefir and let it stand until the seeds become soft.

2. Breakfast against obstipation


Add 4-5 tablespoons of oat flakes in a little water and boil it until the flakes are soften. Then add the chopped banana, tablespoon of sesame seeds, flax, pumpkin, chopped dry plum and apricot, a little chopped walnuts and honey.

3. Potato and dill salad

You can add, as desired, spices, black olives and the toppings you like.

4. Fresh salad of cauliflower


Cauliflower needs to be washed and with separated flowers. You can either chop them or leave them completely. Add more fresh vegetables (carrot, young onion, celery, and caper) and sprinkle with a mixture of apple syrup, lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle salad with chopped parsley and dill.
