This is a very important item, since it is known that the nerve cells do not have this possibility.

How to help the liver to be in function as long as possible?

In order to make our liver as healthy as possible and in a vital function, we have to pay attention to it.

Two times on year cleansing of the liver is recommended, especially after winter and before winter (spring - autumn) and preferably with green clay for internal use. Clay is harmless, very absorbent, binds all heavy metals and toxins to herself and cleanses both the liver and the whole body.

Another way that does not support the use of oral products is yoga. Yoga is today considered as a lifestyle that is practiced daily and makes it an integral part of life, just like the food we enter.
