2 Hand Mudras | Mudra Sun & Mudra Moon

Mudra Sun is recommended in fatigue, with the desire to strengthen physical strength and activity.

Using both hands, it is necessary to connect on the right arm pad of the thumb and little finger. Other fingers are upwards and free.

On the left hand press the pads of the thumb and index finger while the other fingers are upwards and free.

Mudra Sun is done twice a day for 15 minutes.


  • Mudra Moon

Mudra Moon applied to the state of stress, anxiety, when it wants to establish a regular sleep and eliminate insomnia.

Using both hands, on the right hand connected pad of thumb and index finger, and the other fingers are free and directed upwards.

On the left hand touch pad of thumb and pad of little finger while the other fingers are free.

Mudra is done twice a day for 15 minutes.
